• You must have a Signed Terms of use on file to participate in any activities at Cold Fusion
• Anyone under the age of Ten (10) must be accompanied by an adult.
• Anyone under the age of Sixteen (16) will not be allowed in the Center after 10 PM unless accompanied by an adult or has a Parental Consent Form on file.
• Any attempt to gain access to another user's account will get you banned from the facility.
• Any attempt to break into or "HACK" the computer gaming systems will get you banned from the facility and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
• Cold Fusion LAN Center reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason we see fit.
• We do not tolerate violence in any form in our store
• No adult content on any of our machines
• Treat our equiptment with respect
• No obscene language or computer character names.
• We are not responsible for things beyond our control, including, but not limited to power/internet outages, etc. There will be no cash refunds
• If you are playing over the internet, don't cheat, teamkill or break the rules. If you get our CD key deactivated, you will be banned or have to buy us a new copy of the game to replace the CD key
• If you are going to eat at our computers please be careful
• Do not download anything from the internet without permission. Do not install or update ANYTHING on our machines.
• Clean up after yourself.
